Introduction: Life coaching is a way of helping a person expand upon his or her perceptions, to find the way toward a new and fulfilling life. It is a way of systematically applying tools to help you identify what it is that makes you happy, what it is that you really want, how to leave behind what is getting in the way of those things, and how to create a life that you are excited about. As a life coach, I partner with my clients to help them determine, develop, and then achieve their personal and professional goals.
Life coaching is not a therapy. Therapy or counseling helps you work through past issues that are impacting your present. Life coaching has a different focus - your future. It is forward thinking and action oriented. We will work together on your goals, so that you can have that optimal life.
I have over 16 years of experience in the mental health field, and almost 10 years in the business world. My goal is to help others, not just to be functional, but to thrive to be optimal! I work as a general life coach, with specialty areas in relationship/communication coaching and in transition coaching.
