Shaun was a great business and mindset coach to me. I started my small business in late 2018 and quickly realized I needed accountability as well as guidance in growing my business. My coaching included growing my social media, pricing for my salon business as well as mindset coaching. I really benefited weekly with the calls as I had challenges and tasks to work on from the prior week and I would report back on what I did. I had moments when I wanted to give up on my business and Shaun would encourage me and challenge me to push through the hard times. I played basketball in high school and I did not like my coach very much because she would embarrass, insult and talk down to me. Six and half years ago I met a different coach, Shaundra Connelly, a life coach. She encouraged me, made me laugh and was honest with me. I don’t write many reviews but I decided I had to share my thoughts. Shaun has worked with me as my coach for a while and she always makes herself available when I need it. She has given me great advice and does very well at putting things in different perspectives for me to make it easier to make decisions and see things in a different light . What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we schedule a free consultation to determine if we are a good fit to work together. Then, if we agree to work together, we will decide upon the appropriate coaching plan for the desired outcome.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master's degree in Counseling and Certified Life Coach in Neuro linguistic programming
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After obtaining my Masters degree in Counseling and working with clients, I realized that my true desire was to empower people to elevate their lives without diagnosing them. Upon that revelation, I began my business as a life coach.
