- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Makeup applications start at $85 and includes lashes. Travel fee starts at $20 A deposit is required to schedule all appointments with me. Deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions. Deposits will go towards the appointment total on the day of service. For a single makeup application deposit is $25. Deposit amount for bigger parties please inquire. Discounts: Book 5 people or more and get $10 off each service booked. Refer a friend and when they book you will receive $15 off your next service with me. Refer 5 friends that book and your next service with me will be for free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is first introducing myself through phone/text or email communications. Once the deposit is received the client is booked for the date we discussed. From there we can schedule a consultation if needed. Consultations not requiring application are complimentary. Consultations requiring makeup application are $85 and includes lashes. The remaining balance for the service is collected on the day of service.
