It was a absolute pleasure to work with Miss Fatima. Every message I sent she replied back promptly. She is very knowledgeable about her make up approach when it comes to your location of your wedding or special event my event was outside on the beach. She knew what makeup would work well in the heat, she knew what type of makeup to use because the wind was high that day. It absolutely blows my mind her equipment that she brought make me feel like I was a superstar that day. She does not rush on your make up. She was very particular precise. She fits right in in the atmosphere that she is brought into. She traveled with ease. She had no problem with traveling that made me feel calm and at ease. I loved her really sweet and nice personality on top of her professionalism. She also did Photos for me and set up a small reception area for me that day. My heart was overwhelmed with joy due to her creativeness and her within the moment inspirations because I gave her no I gave her no instructions, and I trusted her and she took it to the next level With my cake punch reception. I would recommend her to anyone that’s searching this website for make up photos, etc. SHE WAS SIMPLY THE BEST.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Fatimah. She was exceptional in every aspect. We were set to arrive at our Airbnb a bit later due to traffic, and she was so flexible with switching up the time for us. Fatimah is very personable, and we had a blast chatting with her while my hair and makeup was getting done. She did my makeup flawlessly; she matched everything to my skin tone perfectly, and it lasted all night! Fatimah also did my hair and did a beautiful job of curling and styling it to fit the look I was hoping for. She did such a great job that my wife and I don’t want to go to anyone else! "And Then There Was Z" and her assistant were amazing! The entire Bride tribe absolutely loved their finished looks & hair and all received many compliments about how beautiful they all looked!! We'd also like to add that along w/work quality, professionalism and responsiveness, "And Then There Was Z" also provided great value & was extremely punctual (actually arrived a little earlier than expected), & got right to work setting up & doing her thing. All in all, everything went extremely well, everyone felt very comfortable and much laughter & fond memories were made & shared. There is absolutely no hesitation in recommending, "And Then There Was Z", for any events where you want to look your best!!!
