Bonjour, I provide effective French lessons. No, I am not going to fill up your brain with grammar that you won't use and no, you won't have to follow books. Yes, I am picky about pronunciation. Why? Because what good is it to know a language if nobody can understand you when you speak it? I'll give you tips on how to sound French. A language is like music; when you sing depending on the note, you place your tongue, your lips or you open your throat in a certain way. It's automatic in your native language, and you can learn to sound French. Yes, I'll make you write and sign a contract of homework: reading your notes three times just after the lesson. This is not because I am lazy but for your own progress. It is proven that if you read or listen (you can come with a recorder) three times right after the lesson, your brain will remember 80% instead of 20. So, you don't waste your time nor your money! A question: What's the best way to learn a language fast? How did you learn your native language? Yes, that's right, by listening and associating a sound (word) to an object, person or action. At three years old, nobody bothered you with a grammar book, right? Learning a language should be a fun experience, and nowadays, it's almost a must.
