This review is a very special one for me - I have two precious dogs that mean the word to me and I was trying to find someone I could trust to come groom them. Amid the Covid-19 outbreak Ana realized how important it was to me and she came to take care of Foxy and Bradley. Miss Foxy can be a bit difficult to put it mildly, I feared the worst however Foxy took immediately to Ana. Bradley P. Puppy-Dog also fell in love with Ana immediately. Sadly, both Foxy and Bradley are rescues who survived abuse and abandonment before being rescued by volunteers. They both, more-so Foxy, require patience while they learn to trust people again. No word of lie - no exaggeration, they loved Ana so much that when she was grooming one, the other was trying to get her attention and even laying their head down on Ana's knees. I have had them for many years and they never felt so comfortable around anybody as they did Ana. I trust my dog's instincts more than I trust people; they know a good person when they see one. The kids as I call my dogs instantly took to Ana; Ana is patient, kind, she never rushes and takes the time to get to know them and earn their trust. I look forward to having Ana back, I actually appreciate that she took that extra time - not darted off for the next appointment. Ana does it out of love for her work, they look amazing and I would recommend Ana to anyone who desires the very best quality cut by someone who chooses to help us care for our fur-babies because they are a compassionate and caring individual. Ana is one of a kind, the only one I will seek out. I apologize it took me so long to post the review, but I needed to share how special, patient, kind, professional, through Ana is. People are quick to complain but so often forget to express appreciation and recognition for those who truly go above and beyond. Thank you Ana, Tony and the kids!

I had an excellent experience using Ana's dog grooming service. She was punctual and professional. She went above and beyond to make my timid little Sheltie puppy feel comfortable. She took the puppy for a walk and even played ball with her in the front yard to help her calm down. The quality of grooming was excellent. She is clearly an experienced groomer. I will absolutely use her again, and do recommend her to others.

This was a great experience for my Border Collie. She has a very full coat and takes time to groom. Ana was very gentle with her and she took the time to do a thorough groom and clip. We would recommend to others for sure!
