Brian with Angstrom came out to my house after a recent flood on the inside of my home. Brian arrived less than two hours of me calling for help for Angstorms same day 24 hour emergency service.Upon arrival, he immediately explained:1. The type of flood water in my house (clean vs contaminated).2. The work Angstrom is and isnt licensed to perform.3. The services he could immediately provide to mitigate the water and mold damage.There was not a high pressure sales pitch in a time of emergency. Just a professional, calm response with knowledge to help me as a homeowner make an informed decision on what is best. Once I agreed upon the services to be performed, Brian began work immediately. Test for the water saturation levels in my cabinets, walls, tile floors, carpet, and wood floors were performed. Upon completion of the water test, dehumidifiers and air scrubbers were then set up to dry out my home to help prevent mold growth.All equipment was with Brian to start the water and mold damage mitigation process He didnt need to leave and come back. I was thankful that he had all available.Angstrom can work with your insurance company. Brian left business cards to provide to my insurance adjuster for questions on the immediate water and mitigation process taking place.Brian with Angstrom was empathetic and professional in a time of angst. He was available 24/7 to answer any questions I had on water and mold mitigation process. Angstrom completed the job timely and followed up appropriately during the job.I hope I never flood again. However if I do, I will use Angstrom again. I highly recommend you contact Angstrom for their 24/7 hour on call services for water damage and mold mitigation services.
