I hired them to move us long distance form NC to UT. They were among the few companies that picked up the phonne right away. The lady I spoke to was Joanne, I gave her a quick inventory of what we are moving, and she gave me flat rate. I was nervous bacause I hear stories about the mvers switching the price, once furnture is on the truck but they proved me wrong. Even though I added some items to the original phone inventory, the price was what it was initially. The crew that came to deliver in UT, unloaded set up beds and put it all where we wanted it. I had no problems with them

Just recently moved my daughter back home to Lawrenceville, Georgia from Asheville, North Carolina, and family movers express was suggested to me by a coworker who used to live in North Carolina and used them to move to Georgia. I contacted Family Movers Express in Raleigh, North Carolina for a moving quote on their out of state full-service moving and packing, since they had such great pricing, I decide to go with full-packing and full-service moving so everything was taken care of since I heard great things about their teams work ethic and professionalism for long distance moves and their local moves. My daughter said that the relocation process from NC back to Lawrenceville, GA was seamless and stress free and that Family Movers Express handled everything for her which made the entire moving process insanely smooth and simple! the entire process was exactly what my coworker mentioned.The team from Family Movers NC took great care and attention when packing and preparing her items for transport to ensure nothing was going to be damaged or scratched during the move, there was a slight issue with her desk at first but one of the guys on the crew had took some extra time to disassemble some of the side tables so it would fit through the truck door.Great communication from the company from the beginning. They contacted us the day before pickup with an accurate timeline which was great! And same thing with delivery, they said 2-3 days AT MOST, we had them within 30/32hrs.Family Movers Express in Raleigh, NC definitely earned all 5-stars for: communication, great pricing, easy to work with, high quality work, affordability, and customer service!! would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a reputable mover in North Carolina and/or Atlanta, Georgia!

I needed help moving the stuff from my moms apartment to our new home . Nick was super professional and made sure he communicated with us during the whole process to explain how it will go .
