The duo at true moves was a true delight to work with from beginning to end. Brian, who initiated conversation with me was patient and thorough presenting me with all options and advice to prepare me for my long distance move. He also followed up, making it easy for me to book him! I ended up securing them kind of last minute for a loading service only. Day of he accommodated a last-minute schedule change without hesitation. I was extremely grateful! Service included furniture protection, dissembling, and packing. I did purchase my own protection supplies naturally, and they came with a few as well. Top-tier service if I was still in the Orlando area, I would book them for every move going forward.

Details: 1 bedroom home • Furniture assembly and disassembly • 21 - 40 boxes • Load via stairs • Unload via passenger elevator • 1,000 - 2,000 miles

Brian and Stephenson are the consummate professionals. They are courteous, clean cut, personable and extremely hard working. Their attention to detail when packing, loading, and unloading was second to none. By far the best movers I have ever used.

Details: 1 bedroom home • 11 - 20 miles • Load flat; no stairs or elevator • Unload flat; no stairs or elevator

Brian and Stevenson were great to work with. They kept in contact leading up to our scheduled appointment. They were prompt, hard working and treated our possessions with care. Unloaded a 26' UHaul into storage. Already have them booked to empty our storage unit and move our possessions to our new home.

Details: 2 bedroom home • Within the same building • Load flat; no stairs or elevator • Unload flat; no stairs or elevator
