- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new client includes: Discovery Call- We’ll begin with a free 30 minute call to learn more about your business, current challenges, and how I can best support you. Proposal & Deposit- Based on your needs, I’ll send a tailored proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and pricing. If you decide to move forward, a contract will be sent and a deposit will be required before any work begins. Onboarding & Setup- After the deposit is received, I’ll walk you through a quick onboarding process. I’ll gather any necessary info or access (like shared drives, branding, or logins) to get started smoothly. Kickoff Week- We’ll begin with priority tasks so I can learn your workflow and communication style. You’ll start to feel the ease of having support behind the scenes. Ongoing Collaboration- I provide consistent updates, stay organized, and check in regularly to ensure we stay aligned with your goals. My aim is to be a reliable and collaborative partner in your business growth.

I’ve been drawing since I was two years old, which developed into a passion for visual design and creativity. Professionally, I spent 3 years working at an SEO digital marketing agency where I gained hands-on experience in content creation, branding, email marketing, and data organization. That blend of creative and strategic work directly informs the services I now offer as a Virtual Assistant.

I used the skills I gained from working at an SEO digital marketing agency and combined them with my passion for art and design. That blend of creativity and strategy inspired me to launch my Virtual Assistant business and support other entrepreneurs.
