- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new clients . By getting on a quick , I will go over your event details : number of guests, time of event , guest allergies, and your menu preferences. With all the information given, I will create a menu according to your preferences.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 12 years in the culinary field combined with 5 years as private chef , graduated as International Culinary Arts Specialist from the Escuela Hotelera De San Juan Puerto Rico , also Manager Servesafe certified.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After working in multiple restaurants and catering companies along with my passion for serving and giving my clients a unforgettable experience.
