FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing of our catering all depends on the quantity of the rolls we are making, the type of rolls our customers want us to make and if there is any special request they ask for. Our price is less expensive if you would like more basic rolls and more expensive for specialty rolls.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers we will first need to know the type of service we will be providing. Whether we will be doing a sushi workshop, a live sushi catering or just a normal catering. After that we will need to know the amount of people we are making sushi for, the address of the location, the budget of the customer, and of course the name of the customer and type of event it will be for. If the new customer has any specific request they will have to let us know prior to the catering.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in multiple sushi restaurants as a sushi chef. I have my safe staff certification and food service permit. I have even worked in a Michelin Star sushi restaurant where I learned the ins and the outs on how to make authentic sushi!
