- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Intake over the phone or in person where we ask how the accident happened and your injuries. You will then sign the engagement contracts either using your phone, email, or in person - whichever you choose. After hiring us, we help you with your vehicle damage, rental car, and injuries. When the time is right, we will attempt to get you the maximum for your injuries.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lawyers are graduates of law schools accredited by the Florida Bar Association and have worked in various fields of law such as insurance defense, government insurance regulations, and/or criminal defense before joining Maaswinkel Law.
