About 4 years ago, a fatal accident left me with multiple internal injuries around my neck and back. I got into a car accident last September while I was on my way home from work. I was waiting a traffic light to turn green in order for me to go in my way and suddenly another car hit my car so bad. It was a lady driving a All season pool pick up, I guess she was texting and didn't see where in the world she was going. The next day my dad told me to call attorney Maaswinkel, and I told him who are they because I never heard from this people. I usually hear in the radio people said call Daniel, 411 pain or Morgan and Morgan and my dad was like boy I know this attorney these people are very good. I listened to him and I called them. Maaswinkel really took time to understand my situation, they called me everyday to make sure I was ok, I was getting the treatment that I needed at the chiropractor. They supported emotionally through all the process, the main thing for those people is for you to get better first and after they did all in their powers help me win my case. The entire staff is amazing and highly professional. This was my first experience ever dealing with a lawyer of any kind and at first I did not know what to expect and was hesitant, but I can say now that I do not regret anything and would use Maaswinkel Law in the future and recommend them to anybody that has been injured in an accident. I wish that my accident would have never happened to me, but one positive outcome in all of it was that I met these wonderful people. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Intake over the phone or in person where we ask how the accident happened and your injuries. You will then sign the engagement contracts either using your phone, email, or in person - whichever you choose. After hiring us, we help you with your vehicle damage, rental car, and injuries. When the time is right, we will attempt to get you the maximum for your injuries.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lawyers are graduates of law schools accredited by the Florida Bar Association and have worked in various fields of law such as insurance defense, government insurance regulations, and/or criminal defense before joining Maaswinkel Law.
