This is my first time hiring a personal trainer and Austin has been absolutely amazing. He pushes me to be my best self even on days I’m not feeling like it. He is extremely knowledgeable and makes me feel comfortable in the gym. I have a lot of goals and he is helping me achieve every one of them.

Austin is one of the most passionate and caring personal trainers I know! He truly cares to help you reach your goals and have fun while doing it. He is more than willing to push you but never beyond your comfort zone. He doesn’t just train you, he makes it seem as if y’all are workout partners. Highly knowledgeable as well.
