Rest assured, we never touched the CPU during the repair process as it was preinstalled. By the way, we must commend our team for their unique talent in dealing with unexpected guests. Your computer came with a surprise party of at least 50 live roaches inside, and we took the liberty to show them the exit before getting to work.
