Zachary was very professional. He spent the needed time to diagnose the issue for my current situation and ensure that it was resolved while staying within the advertised price. He even went the extra mile to ensure all the proper items were running correctly in the computer as well.

My PC mouse stopped working on a Sunday morning. I figured I would need to wait days before I could get a tech to come to my home. Zachary came within several hours and got it working. I was extremely pleased!

It is so nice now to be able to open my computer with normal speed, instead of moving the moue to "wake it up" and then go fix coffee or go to the restroom while I wait for it to start up. Also glad to be rid of freeze-ups, dropouts, and lockups. Zachary is very efficient and professional in his work. I would certainly recommend him to anyone inquiring.
