- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free camera inspection and I share the footage with you so that I can actually show you the before and obviously after inspection videos. This allows me to give you a very direct very accurate low quote as the video inspection leaves almost no room for guesswork
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can contact us directly to set up a time to do a free camera inspection so you will actually be able to see the problem. We then give you a accurate quote based on the video. I like giving low accurate quotes and the video inspection allows me to do that because there is very little room for guess work as many companies do and the result is when they guess it costs you more..no guess work here a picture is worth a thousand words well we show you the video inspection and you can see for yourself
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received training from rigid and picote as well as several other equipment manufacturers. I believe that before I buy any equipment that is going to be used in your home or business that I want to know that equipment so as part of the deal with tool or inspection equipment companies i when at all possible require them to train me in the use of the equipment
