- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. I am extremely flexible. No two situations are the same so i stay opened mind about pricing. 2. I will give a discount to (students, elderly, and military).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to try and build a genuine connection with the customer for longevity. That includes greeting with a smile, being courteous in conversation, no price gouging and making sure expectations and satisfaction are at the same level.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working hands on with other companies for almost 2 years. Learning the details of prepping for the job, actually doing, making sure expectations and satisfaction are at the same level.
