- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rate for most cases is $200 / hr. Most cases are 1-5 hours worth of investigative work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial consultation will be conducted. After vetting the client a retainer agreement will be drafted and sent to the client. The retainer agreement will clearly lay out the scope of work to be done, as well as the time frame for work to be completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Investigators and Analysts come from an array of intelligence specialties and government agencies.
