- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically the same price for most. I might need to charge a bit more if the drive is very long or requires tolls.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with the basics and move forward. I like to break the swimming into smaller pieces with the goal of a well trained swimmer who has excellent strokes and strong survival skills.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read on latest techniques and attend stroke clinics. I am also a certified swim instructor and Water Safety Instructor. I recently was voted Orlando's Best Swim Instructor by Thumbtack.
