We get the lease signed and place the renter. 4. Each month we collect the rent and send it to you. 5. We periodically inspect the property, inside and out. 6. As maintenance issues arise, we coordinate those efforts. 7. And lastly, if for whatever reason the tenant stops paying the rent, we work through the whole eviction process for you.
