50% of one month's rent for New Tenant and 10% management fee every month. (Advertising, Inspections, and Evictions included)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Property Analysis and Goal setting is the first step and then we help the owner gathering all important information and documents to have a smooth onboarding. Once we have everything ready, we start the aggressive marketing until we find the right tenant. That's when the management starts and we handle every aspect.
