- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We only get paid when rent is collected, ensuring our strong partnership on a month to month basis. We offer case by case pricing incentives based on property type, location and number of units. Call us today to learn more about the wide range of service options we do provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin the partnership with a 15 min discovery phone call to allow us to learn more about you and your needs. Each property brings with it a unique particular situation so we set a level of expectations for our partnership on both sides, between you as an owner and us as your Property Manager. After we learn more about your needs, we visit the property to confirm its condition and the possibility of a partnership.
