Regina was the bomb dot com. She was responsive, professional and assertive where needed. She handled my property management at the tail end of a lease (she kept me sane through this covid renting experience) and selling for me without skipping a beat. I cannot even begin to say how grateful I am to Trusthome properties. Michelle was so wonderful to work with, she was so helpful and instrumental in helping us secure a home that far exceeds our expectations. She even went above and beyond to make sure that what was advertised was held up by the landlord even though she did not have to do that. We appreciate her so much. She has such a sweet demeanor and was attentive and responsive. It's been a positive experience working with Trusthome Properties and we look forward to a wonderful stay in our new home.

We only get paid when rent is collected, ensuring our strong partnership on a month to month basis. We offer case by case pricing incentives based on property type, location and number of units. Call us today to learn more about the wide range of service options we do provide.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin the partnership with a 15 min discovery phone call to allow us to learn more about you and your needs. Each property brings with it a unique particular situation so we set a level of expectations for our partnership on both sides, between you as an owner and us as your Property Manager. After we learn more about your needs, we visit the property to confirm its condition and the possibility of a partnership.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Former CPA and investment advisor. Landlord and property management expert.
