- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For sellers, Real Estate sales are based on a percentage of the purchase price which is 6% With me, there is some flexibility. For buyers, there is usually not a fee. I also offer Free Market Analysis for sellers and for buyers to see the price of a home they want to sell to get them the best value! For buyers, I want to make sure the property they are looking at is not over priced in the area they desire to be in.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can talk on the phone and/or schedule a meeting time and place to map out a plan and begin the great adventure!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in Real Estate sales since 1981. I have accumulated over 15 years of experience. I am a Realtor. To be a realtor, you must follow a code of Ethics and be a member of a local board of real estate piers. Realtors are bound by rules and regulations that protect us and our customers and we are always continuing our education to work professionally and with pride.
