Elizabeth Fenderson is the person to contact when you are searching for a home or property in Central Florida. She has vast experience and expertise about the pros and cons of each area and is Central Florida's Premier Realtor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting a new client, Elizabeth's goal is always to first build rapport. She wants to truly understand her clients, and their family. This allows her to build a customized plan that meets her client's needs. Elizabeth wants to make sure she provides her client's with the best resources from start to finish. Elizabeth will walk her client's through the home buying and selling process making sure no detail is over looked, and taking the time to make sure that there are no questions left unanswered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Elizabeth has lived in several states and due to her personal experience of relocation, she truly understands what buyers and sellers have on their mind. Not only her personal experience but her qualification has helped her in understanding the client’s concerns and desires. She has a degree in business management economics.
