With over 24 years of customer service and negotiating skills, I provide guidance in assisting buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. As a Central Florida native, I’ve always been passionate about real estate. I bring my integrity, dedication, and never quit attitude to every real estate deal without exception. I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me, and I strive every day to exceed their expectations. With over 22 years of customer service and negotiating skills, I provide guidance in assisting buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy taking city vacations with my husband and children and spending quality time with them. While being a busy mom and wife, I was able to secure a Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida.
I also take pride in giving back to the community by Volunteering, Participating in Fundraisers and Charity Events. One of the organizations that I’m super passionate about is the Second Harvest Food Bank. They help feed the line of our neighbors who need help, which in turn transforms dozens of lives directly every year.

I met Octavia through a close friend and she became a good friend throughout our 6 weeks process in purchasing our home. After speaking with her for the very first time, she knew what type of house we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable about what was on the market.Upon choosing the house she was right there with us giving us her expertise and was very patient on explaining every step.Once it was time for closing she put us at ease with her presence at the closing table. We were incredibly fortunate to meet Octavia when house hunting. She was very astute in the way she assessed a few properties that we were looking to bid on and alerted us to the defects and the issues that were not easily visible. She is well informed about the pricing and is open about sharing her assessments for us to decide. There was never pressure to complete the transaction or bid on a property. Her patience is phenomenal and took the time to understand what we wanted and ensured we got the right property.Octavia hand-held us through the entire process of negotiation, made sure we got the best outcome. She resolved a number of issues for us and was always available even after business hours when there were deadlines to be met. She is very knowledgeable about the rules and this helped us a great deal when we were asked to pay for what should have been the seller's liability. She goes out of her way to assist on items that are not normally in her remit as an agent. She anticipates what you need and provides the information.Octavia works diligently for her clients not only to see that they get the best price but also that they are very happy with what they purchase.I would gladly recommend her and if we were looking for another place were absolutely certain that wed return to her.

I cannot say enough about Octavia. She is kind, patient, attentive and professional. Octavia was able to pick up on my style of house right away. She knew when to let me look and when to say, I don't think that is what you are looking for. She encouraged me to look at the house I now call home that was not even on my radar.
