FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every residential or commercial window tinting project cost depends on the number and size of the windows, glass type, accessibility, and what you want to accomplish such as reducing heat and glare, adding privacy, protecting interiors from UV exposure, or creating a frosted or decorative appearance. We prefer to visit your home or business for a completely free consultation. We inspect the glass, take accurate measurements, show you samples, explain the best options, and provide a clear written estimate before you make a decision. There is no charge or obligation for the consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we listen. We ask which rooms or areas are causing problems and what you want the window film to accomplish. Next, we schedule a free on-site consultation at your home or business. We inspect the glass type, take exact measurements, and show you samples in the actual lighting. We explain the differences in appearance, privacy, heat reduction, glare control, and UV protection, then recommend the solution that best fits your glass and goals. After you approve the proposal, we schedule installation, protect the surrounding area, thoroughly prepare the glass, complete the installation, clean up, and review care and warranty information with you.
