Henry did an amazing job rebuilding a storage room outfacing wall where the wood structure had rotted. He had to remove the siding, replace the wood and moisture barrier and rehang the siding. On the inside he replaced an 8 ft room area with new insulation. He is very friendly, honest, and takes pride in his work. I would hire Henry again!

We requesting a quote for a quick repair on our roof. When the gentlemen came and gave us the quote he seemed to get very upset and frustrated when we said we can get back to him. Started complaining about how he pays for thumbtack and that he was expecting a job when we specifically requested a quote for the repair. Was very rude and then said claimed we had to pay him for his time since we didn’t approve for him to do the repair when he showed up. Was extremely professional over the phone and once arriving, became very rude and uncomfortable to speak with. Was originally planning to go with his service just because he was so nice over the phone. After arrival, very poor customer service and was making us feel forced to use him for the repair. Overall will not be requesting his services again.

Upon arrival, we found that the soffit issue had already been repaired by the homeowner prior to our inspection. Additionally, the service requested involved the soffit area rather than the roof itself. As a company, we value both our customers’ time and budget, and we kindly ask for the same consideration regarding the time, travel, and operational costs associated with scheduled service visits. We appreciate your feedback and regret that there was a misunderstanding regarding the service call and inspection fee.
