I send the request in the evening and he answered early morning next day. Came over the house the same day, gave me an estimate and repaired the roof the same day. He was responsive, professional and did a great job.

My experience with this crew was the best. They showed up on time every day they worked non stop for three days. They always said hello. The final roof was perfect. They cleaned up every spec of the old shingles, nails, packaging, etc. The price I paid was more than reasonable I had damaged wood which they replaced. I love you General Construction and your entire crew. I am so happy with your work and the clean up!!!!

Henry was very professional and quick. The tech arrived on time, a little early. He was in constant communication (with his limited English and my limited Spanish and through translator, we did great!). As soon as he arrived he went straight to the problem. We okay'd the work. Fixed issue and he kept us updated with photo progress. Henry was very friendly and professional. One issue...would have liked a written work order/receipt. Definitely recommend.
