Agreement & Scheduling: - Once you approve the proposal, we finalize the contract and collect the required deposit. - The project is scheduled, permits are pulled, and materials are ordered. 4. Project Execution: - Our licensed and insured crew arrives on time, sets up safety measures, and completes the work according to building codes. - We maintain daily communication and upload progress photos into our CRM for your records. 5. Final Walk-Through - When the job is complete, we walk the property with you, confirm your satisfaction, and clean the site thoroughly. - Photos and documentation are uploaded for your warranty and insurance records. 6. Warranty & Ongoing Support: - You’ll receive your warranty package and contact information for future service needs. - We stand by our work with long-term warranties on both labor and materials.
