Alex did an amazing job with a network installation in my fairly large house (10k sq ft plus) that was very tedious and complicated. Alex arrived promptly at 8:30 in the morning and didn’t leave till 8 at night! There was an issue with my AT&T service and he stayed until it was resolved, and answered questions for the tech. Alex is a true professional, who is dedicated to his job and aims for perfection. He’s also friendly and has a ton of patience. Looking forward to hiring him on my future projects! Alex set up my internet system sent by Spectrum to my new house in just a short time. He responded to my request within 2 hours on a Sunday. He thoroughly inspected and diagnosed the system for three rooms. Working with a Spectrum technician via phone, as they do not provide set up service in home due to Corona Virus. He determined that there was a problem with the service providers equipment. They agreed and are sending out a service technician. I would have been without if it weren't for his professionalism and determination. A great value for you money.

Alex did amazing work- basically we have been going with sub par internet for years - even had our internet company out 3 weeks ago to check - Alex figured the issue and we had 15 times more WiFi when he was done! Amazing! Thank you!
