FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Pardon My Scraps, my pricing is as custom as the stories I tell, because no two memory projects are ever the same. Here’s what you should know: 💵 Pricing is project-based I don’t do one-size-fits-all. Every quote depends on the size, complexity, and creative level of your project, whether you’re handing me 100 photos or 3,000 plus a shoebox of pressed flowers, ticket stubs, and kindergarten art. 📝 You’ll always get a clear, upfront estimate No surprise fees. No hidden glitter charges. Once I understand what you need, I’ll give you a full breakdown of what’s included. 🎁 Bundle pricing is available Doing multiple albums? Want to scrapbook each kid’s school years? I offer bundle discounts for multi-album or milestone series projects. ⏱️ Rush fees apply for tight deadlines Need it yesterday? I can work magic, but fast-tracking comes with a fee to reflect the time and priority required. Bottom line? I value your memories, your budget, and your trust. We’ll work together to build something beautiful, and I’ll make sure you know exactly what you’re paying for every step of the way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
👇 Here's how it works: 1. Slide into my DMs 📩 Send me a message. Let’s see what scrap you got. 2. Scrap Like a Boss 📝 We’ll craft a game plan for custom pages tailored to your story. 3. Make it Official 💳 I require a deposit to obtain supplies. 4. Mail the Goods 📦 Photos. Ticket stubs. Love notes. Glittery macaroni art. Whatever you’ve got, I want it. 5. Sit Back, Sip Something, and Relax 🖍️ I’ll cut, glue, sass, and sparkle until your memories shine; once complete, I'll mail you your album! 6. Unwrap the Magic 🎁 Voilà! Your custom scrapbook arrives, bursting with color, heart, and hilarious inside jokes
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m self-taught, but I’ve learned through hands-on experience, by doing the work, solving real problems, and constantly adapting. It’s given me practical skills, sharp instincts, and knowledge you can’t always get from a textbook.
