Okay I have to be honest about this in hopes that this developer gets better at what their doing but I have lost to much money at this point, the goal was to build a website in a period of time and It took much longer than expected partly from both of us with delays. I just think that if she's going to do this job it needs to be this job and I wish I would of known upfront she had school and work obligations, it seemed that I was secondary, instead of the 2 weeks time it was supposed to take it took almost 5 weeks and now I have to spend thousands more to fix many errors and have lost thousands because it wasn't ready by the launch. Mainly because she doesn't pay attention to detail and that really bothered me that she wasn't catching things developers are supposed to catch (proofread your work!), she also wanted a review before she was done her work which was suspect. It pains me to leave this review because she seemed cool just to busy and all over the place as my site is right now as my new developers have informed me. Little but turn into big things such as not adding a review feature for customers to leave their review.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices range depending on what you want, but I can guarantee that they will be hard to beat! I work closely with my clients to make sure you get quality work and love it. Also, I work with your budget. We can definitely work something out.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I assess where they are at if they are already established, and what they need that can help them improve. This usually involves presenting a strategy report. If the client doesn't have anything established and will be starting new and fresh with me, then I make sure and give them an in-depth explanation of what will be done for them. Then we move forward with the action plan, and monitor it on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis to make sure we are meeting KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's Degree from the Academy of Art University in Advertising. I have my Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from the University of West Florida.
