What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price is the same for one or two students at the same time who are on the same level. 10% discount on lesson packages of ten lessons
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk with the student to get to know their current level of Spanish, if any. I listen to them to help me know what kind of learner they are. I tailor each lesson to each individual student to help reach their goals in learning Spanish. I teach many adults of all ages and I have several books to use to ac company our lessons. For elementary, middle and highschool students, we are able to share screens so I can see exactly what you and working on in class so I can help you succeed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BA from Georgia State University with majors in Spanish and Education of Students of a Foreign Language. I have traveled extensively through 15 Spanish speaking countries. I have lived 8 months in Spain, 8 years in Costa Rica, and 3 years in Mexico where I tutored Spanish online and in person.
