I’ve been shopping around for a while for a company to take on my yard as it is mostly a boxed garden and I only have a little strip of land that needs mowing. For some it was to small of a job and for others just way over priced for such a small job. YCO however took on the job for a very reasonable price. Also, their communication was excellent in getting it all set up. Thank you !

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rate per visit pricing for each maintenance service provided. We charge an hourly rate for a-la-carte, specialty projects such as tree trimming.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new customer, we provide a first time on-site assessment, diagnosis and full service for any of our services. Upon completion of this first time assessment, the new customer will receive a report for pool service and a before/after photo for lawn services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are trained on all services provided and receive routine training on industry best practices.
