FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and transparent, with zero hidden fees. Routine weekly service is billed as a flat monthly rate based on your pool’s size and surrounding landscaping, covering labor, routine chemical balancing, and regular digital reports. For hardware installations, filter overhauls, or equipment repairs, we provide detailed, itemized estimates up front so you know exactly what to expect before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a thorough on-site evaluation of your entire pool system, including water testing, pump operation, and filtration checks. From there, we outline a clear, custom service plan tailored to your pool’s specific usage and hardware, ensuring consistent communication and detailed digital reports after every visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We undergo continuous hands-on technical training covering advanced water chemistry balancing, hydraulic efficiency, and major filtration system care (including DE, cartridge, and sand systems). We also utilize modern industry software to track precise service logs, chemical readings, and client equipment history.
