He is just finishing up right now. The tile floors look nice and he says once the grout is dry, they'll look even better. We built this house three years ago -- guess it's time the tile was thoroughly cleaned.

They were on time, did a great job -- performing the service exactly as they described. Further, the pricing was almost 1/4 of the other vendors who proposed to do the same exact work. The tech was great at explaining what would happen, and the work area remained particularly clean.

Oh my gosh!!! my Aunts carpet was a mess. Very professional,, unreal how clean he got her carpet! Was very impressed, will call again, so happy with the service!

Alicia at Apex was so gracious and flexible when I had to reschedule multiple times with her. When the job was finally completed, I was more than satisified with the results! My carpets and couches have never been professionally cleaned, so they looked and smelled like the animals that have been in my house. I anticipated no remedy to the damage, but the results were outstanding and now I feel comfortable in my home again. I most definitely will be scheduling Apex again for other areas in the house!!
