- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every tree and job is unique, that's just 1 more plus to throw on the pile. I've said it before and I'll say it again. I LOVE MY JOB!!!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we asses possible threats to person and property, after that we make sure the customer and ourselves are communicating effectively so we can be sure to both be on the same page. Factoring in all the customers ideas concerns and wishes we then focus on the surrounding property's and revert back to step1 and go through the whole process again
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've spent over 20 years in this business and have worked side by side with some of the best arborist there is and that's where I've learned the most
