- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
YES I DO HAVE A STANDARD PRICING SYSTEM FOR MY SERVICE. LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU WANT TO MOUNT, AND I WILL GIVE YOU AN IMMEDIATE ESTIMATE RIGHT TO THE PENNY.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Call and find out what their needs are. 2. Work thru their needs. 3. Set up an appointment. 4. Text or call the day before the apointment to remind them that I'm coming tomorrow at our set time. 5. Text or call the day of the apointment to let them know that I'm on my way. 6. Always on time or earlier. 7. Text or call when I'm outside. 8. Greet and meet. 9. Ask to see where the location of where I'm going to do the work is 10. Ask customer to see how high do they want me to mount the flat screen. 11. Get to work, and answer any questions that the customer may have. 12. Complete a perfect installation, and make sure that the customer is completely satisfied and give them my business card, and invoice.

Associates degree in electronics. 30 years of installation experience.
