I recently purchased a used sectional from Marketplace and desired to have it professionally cleaned before placing it in my home. Ando’s services exceeded my expectations. Ando was very professional and prompt. He cleaned our master bedroom drapes and he took his time and didn't rush his job.

The only recommendation I would make is that if he goes to clean drapes, he needs to have his own step stool.

Otherwise, I highly recommend Ando's Steaming. He also does carpets and upholstery.

We scheduled for November 10th and scheduled a time. I ended up messaging him a couple days prior to change some of the pieces for cleaning and asked for a quote and never heard back. I messaged him again a couple days later to confirm that he received my messages and still no reply. I pray everything’s okay of course but it’s just disappointing to schedule and make time for him and then he doesn’t answer nor show up to the appointment.
