- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very cheap. It is cheap not because I don't have good equipment, but it is because I am just starting. I also want to give the customer more bang for their buck. Videography can be expensive, but I am trying to show that it doesn't have to be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am a transparent person. I just typically want to know what the customer wants and I want to do all I can to provide that to them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a photographer for five years, and I am now going towards the videography side of thing.
