- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pavion Wedding Photography Packages: Full Day Coverage up to 12 hours ($2000) up to +/- 500 edited pics 8 hours ($1,500) up to +/- 300 edited pics 6 hours ($1,200) up to +/- 200 edited pics 4 hours ($1000) upto +/- 100 edited pics All coverage times are consecutive. Above prices include: Online Gallery Reception Pics on Facebook within 24hours tagged All digital proofs and edited photos on a usb drive A slide show video with music of their choice. 2 8.5x11 prints 2 5x7 2 wallet size Also if the couple is having a rehearsal dinner get together the day before the wedding, I provide rehearsal photos and casual family portraits for free. This is to meet the extended family and create a good rapport for the next day. Also they can have an option for an engagement shoot for $400. Which includes up two locations and 4 outfit changes. Custom Leather-bound Photo Books, Usually $300-$600(depending on number of pages custom design preferences)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting, showing my work, talking, laughing, relating, finding what is important to the client, discovering their style, discussing details of the day, discussing schedule, getting the date locked, visiting the venue and taking scout photos, talking some more with about an executable plan, going to rehearsal to meet the family to build a rapport and to meet important members of the family Having a successful day shooting their special day Posting a few the reception photos and tagging the client and their family with their blessing of course Editing pictures, keeping the client posted in editing progress, request for special details with their photo-book or slide show video Then either mailing or personal delivery of a brand new reusable usb drive, framed prints, photobook, and or other photo themed gift. Satisfying the client and getting a referral to another special event.
