FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Every installation is different, so pricing is based on factors such as the type and size of the water heater, installation location, code upgrades, and any additional materials needed to ensure a safe, compliant installation. Whenever possible, we provide clear estimates before work begins so you know exactly what to expect. Our goal is to deliver quality workmanship, reliable service, and long-term value—not surprise charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most projects start with a phone call or message and a few photos of your existing water heater. This allows us to evaluate the installation, discuss your hot water needs, and recommend the best replacement options. Once we've reviewed the details, we'll provide a clear estimate and answer any questions you may have. After scheduling the installation, we arrive on time, protect the work area, complete the installation according to manufacturer and local code requirements, test the system for proper operation, and review everything with you before we leave. As a small family-owned business, you'll work with the same person throughout the entire process—from the first call to the final walkthrough—ensuring clear communication, personal service, and attention to detail. Our goal is to make the entire process simple, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received hands-on training in residential water heater installation, including both traditional tank-style and high-efficiency heat pump water heaters. I regularly study manufacturer installation requirements, local code requirements, and industry best practices to ensure every installation is completed safely and correctly. In addition to technical training, I bring years of experience managing operations, projects, and customer service. That background has taught me the importance of communication, attention to detail, and treating every customer's home with respect. I am committed to ongoing education and staying current with new water heater technologies, installation methods, and manufacturer recommendations so I can provide customers with reliable, professional service.
