- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since every project is unique, the approach may differ, but will always include the following components: RESEARCH: Once you commit to working with us and down payment is made, we’ll ask you specific questions to help clarify the . The info you provide will help us better determine your needs and ensure we’re on the same page. Additional research may be required to learn about your industry, competitors, etc. Creating: With this better understanding of your expectations, we can begin brainstorming and sketching out ideas onto paper and creating basic mockups. This is an important step, as well as the most time consuming. The aim here is to come up with as many quality designs as possible in the timeframe your project allows. In terms of video it would be sketching out the story you want to tell. PRODUCTION: This is the step where we take that project plan and turn that idea into a reality. PRESENTATION - DESIGN: Your logo(s) will be presented to you in a small image file. This will not be the final resolution of the logos, just a basis for you to review. Video editing would include a rough story board in pictorial or text list format. PRESENTATION - WEB: a live mockup will be uploaded on to your own test site for you to review and approve. REVISIONS - DESIGN: with your feedback we will complete any necessary changes i.e. color, type, graphic modification etc. In the rare instance you find none of the logos we present to you satisfactory, additional concepts can be purchased at our hourly rate. REVISIONS - Web: we would provide you the test site for you to inspect and request changes FINALIZING PROJECTS - as soon as you approve the project or mark it as complete, final payment will be expected. After payment clears, final design files will be sent via email or downloadable link. FILES TYPES: Upon completion of the artwork or video we will provide it to you in the requested format at the beginning of the process
