- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
TRT is flexible with the quoting process. In most scenarios we can give a 100% accurate quote over the phone. We are also able and willing to come out for a site visit to provide an accurate quote.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
TRT is a passion project for the Father/Son partnership that operates the company. After ten years of award winning success in the service sector of corporate America the desire to start a company with complete control of the Total Customer Experience was too strong to deny.
