Run, don't walk away from this guy. He is an idiot and a bully. First off he repaired the wrong windows. I said "top screen room" and he repaired the front windows. Then started in on me for how I was going to pay him for this work that I didn't request. I agreed to pay him for part of the work, even though I already sold the house, and it was no good to me (my mistake!). I had let him know up front that I would require an invoice for the screen room, which he was unable to provide after numerous requests & descriptions of what an invoice actually is. His "sub" (the guy that actually did the work & had no trouble providing an invoice, and was nice to deal with) did good work. But this guy, he sent email notes with 4 out of 5 mispelled words, and thought that was an "invoice". Was a jerk to the realtor that met with him. Final straw was when he was threatening to tear down the screens when I was simply asking for an invoice (communicated UP FRONT that I would need this). He's an idiot thug, plain & simple. He doesn't even do his own work... but finds someone else to do the work & charges a fee of double the cost for his "time". If I wasn't in a time bind, I would have run away. I'm sure he's not licensed or insured. Find someone else!

Raymond showed up as scheduled on Saturday morning,he went to the store with my wife to get materials,and he finished his job on time.When I called him the second time to do additional work.So on a weekend,he drove over 100 miles to compete the project He is. courteous and respectful at all times.I won't hesitate hiring this person Raymond again.
