I truly believe yoga is for every BODY and am committed to making you feel comfortable and confident in your body and abilities. With over two decades of dance training, a BFA in Dance and Choreography, and a 1200 hour pain management certification as well as my 1200 hour yoga certification, I have a deep understanding of the body and it’s mechanics. This extensive training has informed my teaching and practice making it very alignment based and anatomically aware; we will methodically work deep into the body. It also taught me the importance of self-care and self-love. We often spend so much time going, and doing, and pushing, and never stopping, that we end up with physical and mental stress or tension. Yoga saved me from a lifetime of overthinking and worry and I am so excited to pass that on. I love to laugh and make the class fun for everybody while working safely toward your specific goals.
