I had a private yoga session recently and it was such a wonderful experience! Even though it was just a one-time class, I felt completely at ease and supported the whole time. The instructor took the time to understand my experience level and goals, and created a session that felt both calming and energizing. I left feeling more grounded, stretched, and refreshed than I expected from just one session. It was the perfect reset, and I’d absolutely consider doing it again in the future!
