Introduction: Namaste yogis, my name is James Cheripka and I have been practicing yoga for the past 12 years. Teaching since 2019. Yoga has improved my life greatly and I would love to do the same for you. I teach breathing practices and physical excercises to help calm the body and mind. My classes are catered to your needs for relaxation or full body toning all while increasing strength and flexibility. Styles offered are Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Yogalates.

We had a group of 12 mostly first time, variously aged and sized, yogis and a chair yoga participate. We like to have fun, laugh at our mistakes, and cheer on the successes. James took it all with stride. He gave us beginner poses and slowly evolved those into more advanced variations, even offering challenge poses for those that wanted to give it a try. As an avid yet terrible yogi, I usually follow a you tube instructor. Hiring a personal instructor was a dream, and James really made it come true. Thank you!!!!
